Op onze acute geriatrie‑afdeling zorg je elke dag met passie voor 24 patiënten en blijf je je verpleegkundige skills scherp dankzij het brede en uitdagende takenpakket. Bij 6C draait alles om teamwork, menselijkheid en écht luisteren — de ideale plek voor wie houdt van dynamiek en warme zorg.

WAT?

  • ZAS Palfijn (2170, Merksem)
  • 38 uur/week (100%), overige regimes zijn bespreekbaar
  • Je bent bereid om in een gevarieerd shiftensysteem te werken, zowel overdag als ‘s nachts en in weekends.

OVER DE JOB

  • Zorg met aandacht – Je biedt individuele, planmatige en deskundige zorg aan geriatrische patiënten, met oog voor hun lichamelijke én psychosociale behoeften.
  • Professioneel uitvoeren van opdrachten – Je voert verpleegkundige taken uit die de arts jou toevertrouwt, correct, zorgzaam en volledig volgens de wettelijke bepalingen.
  • Continuïteit bewaken – Je zorgt voor duidelijke mondelinge overdrachten, nauwkeurige registraties in het verpleegdossier en correcte transfertnota’s.
  • Kwaliteit en preventie voorop – Je werkt actief mee aan kwaliteitsverbetering en draagt gezondheidspreventie, -voorlichting en -opvoeding uit naar patiënten en hun omgeving.
  • Mee verantwoordelijkheid dragen – Je ondersteunt de hoofdverpleegkundige en neemt diens taken over wanneer nodig om de afdeling optimaal te laten functioneren.
  • Brede ondersteuning – Je helpt mee met administratieve, technische en huishoudelijke taken en begeleidt stagiairs tijdens hun leerproces.

OVER JOU

  • Gekwalificeerde zorgprofessional – Je hebt een diploma en visum als bachelor of HBO5‑
  • Ervaring is mooi meegenomen – Kennis van geriatrie of revalidatie is een pluspunt, maar jouw motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
  • Zorg op maat – Je herkent zorgbehoeften en biedt deskundige, creatieve en doelgerichte zorg van planning tot evaluatie.
  • Sterk in samenwerking – Je functioneert vlot binnen een multidisciplinair team en communiceert helder, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Deskundig en assertief – Je treedt zelfverzekerd op naar patiënten en zorgverleners, met respect en professionaliteit.
