The posting

WZC Sint-Jozef (Assenede) is een woonzorgcentrum dat deel uitmaakt van vzw Zorg-Saam ZKJ, een groep met meer dan 1850 medewerkers en 600 vrijwilligers. WZC Sint-Jozef beschikt over 152 woongelegenheden, waarvan 3 kamers voor kortverblijf, 5 kamers voor oriënterend kortverblijf, een centrum voor dagverzorging en 35 assistentiewoningen. We bieden warme, eigentijdse en kwalitatieve zorg aan de mensen die van onze dienstverlening gebruik maken en aan onze begeleiding worden toevertrouwd.

Om samen met ons deze uitdaging waar te maken, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een collega verpleegkundige voltijds/deeltijds (jobtime bespreekbaar).

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma en visum verpleegkunde.
  • Je kan deskundigheid en hartelijkheid integreren in de dagelijkse omgang met zorgbehoevende ouderen.
  • Je kan werken in een interdisciplinair team.
  • Je bent flexibel.
  • Je bent ambitieus en wil enkel de beste zorg bieden aan de zorgvrager.
  • Je bent gedreven om te werken in een woonzorgcentrum waar we samen zorgen voor een huiselijke en professionele sfeer.
  • Samen met het team en in nauwe samenwerking met de (adjunct)hoofdverpleegkundige sta je mee in voor de zorg van onze bewoners.
  • Als verpleegkundige sta je in voor de uitvoering van de verpleegkundige taken en zorgtaken
  • Je bent in staat om een inschatting te maken van de zorgnoden van de bewoners op diverse vlakken (fysisch, psychisch, sociaal, zingeving, medisch,...)
  • Je bent in staat om zorgtaken te delegeren naar zorgkundigen uit jouw team.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en bewaakt de kwaliteit van jouw eigen zorgverlening en deze van het team.
  • Je draagt bij tot een goede multidisciplinaire samenwerking.
  • Je hebt grote affiniteit met zorgbehoevende ouderen.
  • Je ondersteunt de totaalzorg van de individuele bewoner.
  • Je waakt mee over de zorgzame uitvoering en opvolging van het zorgplan en de bestaande procedures.
  • Je rapporteert jouw observaties zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je kunt overweg met computer en tablet.
  • Je beschikt over een empathische, vriendelijke, respectvolle en animatieve houding naar bewoners , familie en collega’s.
  • Pluspunt: je kan voldoende relativeren en je beschikt over een gezonde dosis humor.
