Op locatie Katwijk in Oss zoeken we een verpleegkundige voor onze kleinschalige woonvorm PG. Dit ga je doen Op locatie Katwijk werk je in een kleinschalige setting waar in 10 huisjes telkens 6 bewoners met dementie wonen. Je draait mee in de zorg en bent zichtbaar op de werkvloer. Naast je zorgtaken heb je een belangrijke rol in het bewaken van kwaliteit. Je: signaleert veranderingen in gedrag en gezondheid bespreekt aandachtspunten met je team en de kwaliteitsverpleegkundige coacht collega’s in de dagelijkse praktijk begeleidt leerlingen en stagiaires pakt aandachtsgebieden op zoals medicatieveiligheid, valpreventie en vrijheidsbeperkende maatregelen Je neemt niet het werk van collega’s over, maar versterkt het team vanuit jouw deskundigheid. In Katwijk is veel aandacht voor welzijn. Tijdens drukke momenten is er een collega in welzijnsdienst zodat bewoners aandacht krijgen voor wat voor hen belangrijk is.
