Frankelandgroep - Verpleegkundige kortdurend verblijf in Schiedam - 20 - 36 uur - Frankeland - MBO Diploma - € 3.157,37 - € 4.245,84 op basis van 36 uur Solliciteer via WhatsApp Het ene moment help je een cliënt verder herstellen na een ziekenhuisopname. Het andere moment begeleid je een bewoner die wacht op een passende woonplek. Je stemt af met familie, overlegt met behandelaren en zorgt dat cliënten de ondersteuning krijgen die zij nodig hebben. Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar juist die combinatie van verpleegkundige zorg, coördinatie en begeleiding maakt jouw werk gewoon bijzonder. Dit ga jij doen Als verpleegkundige op ons kortdurend verblijf LP0 werk je in een heel andere dynamiek dan op een reguliere intramurale afdeling. Hier wonen cliënten tijdelijk, sommigen herstellen na een ziekenhuisopname en keren terug naar hun woonsituatie, anderen wachten op een passende woonplek binnen of buiten de Frankelandgroep. Dat vraagt om een ander therapeutisch klimaat: je bouwt snel een vertrouwensband op, brengt rust in een onzekere periode en zorgt met warme zakelijkheid voor duidelijke kaders en verwachtingen. Je coördineert de zorg rondom cliënten met uiteenlopende zorgvragen. Van somatische problematiek tot psychogeriatrische aandoeningen zoals dementie. Je stelt zorgplannen op, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, onderhoudt contact met behandelaren en bewaakt de voortgang van het verblijf. Omdat cliënten regelmatig in- en uitstromen, blijft je werk dynamisch en ben jij een belangrijke, verbindende schakel tussen zorg, herstel en de volgende stap.
