Op onze locatie Brem in Harderwijk, onderdeel van Sonnevanck, begeleid je cliënten in een belangrijke fase: de weg terug naar zelfstandigheid en herstel. Ervaring met GRZ (Geriatrische Revalidatie Zorg) of ELV (Eerstelijnsverblijf) is een mooie pré, maar jouw motivatie en vakmanschap staan voorop. Solliciteren Dit zijn je werkzaamheden Als verpleegkundige op locatie Brem speel je een sleutelrol in het herstelproces van cliënten. Je werkt in dag- en avonddiensten (waarbij een rooster op maat bespreekbaar is). Jouw belangrijkste taken: - Het uitvoeren van complexe verpleegtechnische handelingen en tijdig signaleren van gezondheidsrisico's. - Het voeren van gesprekken over eigen regie met cliënten en hun netwerk. - Het coachen, adviseren en ondersteunen van collega's om de kwaliteit van zorg continu te verhogen. - Het begeleiden en trainen van verzorgenden, studenten en stagiaires. Waar ga je werken? Je werkt op Brem , een locatie voor crisisopname en observatie binnen het hoofdgebouw van Sonnevanck in Harderwijk. Hier bieden we uitsluitend kortdurende zorg aan cliënten die werken aan herstel en veelal terugkeren naar huis. De focus ligt op stabilisatie, observatie, revalidatie en het vergroten van zelfredzaamheid. Het team is betrokken, professioneel en gewend om samen te werken in situaties die soms intensief of onvoorspelbaar zijn. Waarom kiezen voor locatie Brem?
