Als voltijds verpleegkundige bij WZC Maasmeander combineer je verpleegtechnische expertise met warme, persoonsgerichte zorg. Je werkt in een hecht team en bouwt duurzame zorgrelaties op met bewoners en hun naasten. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid in het zorgtraject en draagt bij aan de verdere optimalisatie van zorg en dienstverlening.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit:

  • uitvoeren verpleegkundige handelingen uit volgens afspraken en richtlijnen;
  • bewaken en actualiseren van zorgplannen en zorgdossiers;
  • observeren en rapporteren van veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn;
  • ondersteunen en begeleiden van zorgkundigen in de dagelijkse zorg;
  • je onderhoudt contact met bewoners, familie en artsen;
  • administratieve taken opnemen die de zorgkwaliteit ondersteunen.

Als verpleegkundige draag je bij aan verpleegkundige handelingen, het bewaken en actualiseren van zorgplannen en zorgdossiers, observatie en rapportage en je ondersteunt zorgkundigen in de dagelijkse zorg. Je onderhoudt contact met bewoners, familie en artsen en neemt administratie op die de zorgkwaliteit ondersteunt. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten warmte, nauwkeurigheid en teamgericht werken centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je persoonsgericht werkt, zorgvuldig opvolgt en samen met collega’s de kwaliteit en continuïteit van zorg draagt.

Verder vragen wij:

  • een professionele bachelor verpleegkunde of HBO verpleegkunde en bijhorend visum;
  • sociale ingesteldheid en je hebt een luisterend oor;
  • zelfstandig werken én samenwerken in team;
  • flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid;
  • een goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal.
