Over het werk Als Verpleegkundige MBO in de VVT in Hengelo ben jij de spil in de dagelijkse zorgverlening en zorg je dat cliënten veilig en deskundig worden begeleid. Jij voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, monitort de gezondheidstoestand en stelt waar nodig het zorgplan bij samen met het team. In acute situaties handel jij adequaat, je onderhoudt korte lijnen met huisartsen en specialisten en zorgt dat belangrijke informatie goed wordt vastgelegd. Dankzij jouw overzicht en vakmanschap loopt het zorgproces soepel en kunnen collegaâs en cliënten op jou rekenen. - Jij zorgt voor medicatiebeheer: toedienen, controleren en documenteren volgens protocollen; - Jij voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, zoals wondverzorging, katheterzorg en sondevoeding; - Jij observeert en rapporteert veranderingen in toestand, stelt prioriteiten en past het zorgplan aan; - Jij geeft richting aan de uitvoering door verzorgenden: instructie, overdracht en kwaliteitsbewaking; - Jij schakelt met huisartsen, specialisten en familie en coördineert multidisciplinaire zorgmomenten; - Jij draagt bij aan verbetering van de zorg door deel te nemen aan werkoverleggen, scholing en casuïstiekbesprekingen.
