Dan pas jij perfect bij Maartje Wijkzorg in de regio Dinkelland - Tubbergen. Als MBO Verpleegkundige in de wijkzorg ben jij een vertrouwd en deskundig aanspreekpunt voor cliënten in hun eigen thuissituatie. Je verleent verpleegkundige zorg, bewaakt de kwaliteit daarvan en kijkt verder dan alleen de zorgvraag. Met jouw klinische blik, mensgerichte houding en coördinerende rol draag je dagelijks bij aan het welzijn en de kwaliteit van leven van onze cliënten. Dit ga je doen - Je verleent verpleegkundige zorg en voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, zoals wondzorg, injecteren, katheteriseren en medicatie toedienen. - Je observeert, signaleert en beoordeelt veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand van cliënten. - Je stelt (mede) zorgplannen op en draagt zorg voor een goede uitvoering en evaluatie daarvan. - Je coördineert de zorg rondom de cliënt en stemt af met collega's, naasten en andere zorgprofessionals. - Je biedt ondersteuning en begeleiding aan cliënten en hun naasten, met aandacht voor eigen regie en kwaliteit van leven. Dit ben jij - Je hebt een MBO-diploma Verpleegkunde (niveau 4). - Je bent betrokken, professioneel en werkt graag samen. - De wijkzorg past bij jou: je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid. - Je blijft rustig en houdt overzicht, ook in onverwachte situaties. - Je hebt oog voor zowel zorginhoud als welzijn en kijkt naar de mens als geheel.
