Over het werk Verpleegkundige MBO in de GHZ in Den Haag: jij bent de deskundige kracht die dagelijks zorgt dat cliënten veilig, gezond en zo zelfstandig mogelijk blijven. Jij voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid en bewaakt de kwaliteit van zorg. Samen met collega's stel je zorgplannen op, actualiseer je ze en draag je zorg voor duidelijke overdrachten. Dankzij jouw inzet loopt het team soepel en krijgen cliënten de zorg die bij hen past. - Jij zorgt voor verpleegtechnische handelingen zoals medicatietoediening, injecties, sondevoeding en wondzorg. - Jij observeert lichamelijke en gedragsveranderingen, registreert nauwkeurig en rapporteert tijdig aan het team en behandelaars. - Jij stelt samen met cliënten en collega's zorgplannen op, actualiseert deze en bewaakt de uitvoering en doelen. - Jij begeleidt en instrueert zorgassistenten en begeleiders bij complexe zorgmomenten en overdrachten. - Jij coördineert contacten met huisartsen, behandelaren en familie en organiseert overdrachten bij verplaatsingen of crisissituaties. - Jij draagt bij aan kwaliteitsverbetering door protocollen na te leven, incidenten te registreren en deel te nemen aan multidisciplinaire overleggen.
