Je stelt vragen, maakt afwegingen en zorgt dat collega's weten wat er speelt. Die combinatie van klinisch inzicht en persoonlijke aandacht maakt jouw bijdrage waardevol. HappyNurse zoekt verpleegkundigen op mbo-niveau 4 voor een ouderenzorgorganisatie in de Brabantse Kempen. Je werkt in loondienst bij HappyNurse, via uitzenden of detacheren. Zowel ad-hocinzet als structurele ondersteuning behoort tot de besproken mogelijkheden. Over het werk Je draagt bij aan de uitvoering en afstemming van de verpleegkundige zorg. Binnen jouw inzet help je het zorgproces overzichtelijk te houden en bewaak je de kwaliteit van de zorg. Je signaleert veranderingen en knelpunten, beoordeelt wat nodig is en stemt af met collega's en betrokken behandelaars. Je betrekt cliënten en hun naasten bij de zorg en houdt hen op de hoogte van relevante ontwikkelingen. Afhankelijk van de opdracht lever je een bijdrage aan intakegesprekken, zorgdoelen en zorgleefplannen. Je deelt jouw kennis met het team en helpt collega's bij vragen over de zorgverlening.
