Voor de flexpool in omgeving Surhuisterveen zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste verpleegkundige die graag afwisseling wil combineren met zekerheid. Werk op de momenten die bij jouw leven passen, kies zelf je diensten en maak het verschil voor cliënten in de ouderenzorg, thuiszorg of intramurale zorg. Functie Als MBO Verpleegkundige in de flexpool werk je op verschillende locaties in de omgeving van Surhuisterveen. Dat betekent veel afwisseling in doelgroepen, teams en werkzaamheden. Juist die dynamiek maakt deze functie aantrekkelijk: geen week is hetzelfde en jij bepaalt zelf wanneer en waar je werkt. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van professionele en persoonlijke zorg aan cliënten. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheidssituatie van cliënten en schakelt waar nodig met collega's, artsen en familieleden. Omdat je via de flexpool werkt, kom je op plekken waar jouw inzet echt nodig is. Je bent daarmee een belangrijke schakel in de continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg. Als flexpoolmedewerker is het belangrijk dat je snel kunt schakelen en je gemakkelijk aanpast aan verschillende werkomgevingen. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de kans om brede ervaring op te doen en te ontdekken welke doelgroep of setting het beste bij jou past. Of je nu graag werkt in een verzorgingshuis, verpleeghuis of in de wijkzorg: jouw wensen en beschikbaarheid staan centraal.
