The posting

Je werkt samen met verpleegkundigen, kinesitherapeuten en artsen op de medische dienst van Centrum Ganspoel.

Je neemt de medische opvolging van minstens drie leefgroepen op jou en zorgt voor de communicatie met ouders, begeleiders, verpleegkundigen, apothekers en artsen.

Je sluit aan op de interdisciplinaire overlegmomenten omtrent jouw bewoners.

Je neemt deel aan de permanentiewerking (aanwezig vanaf 7u30 of tot 21u op weekdagen) van de verpleegkundigen van de medische dienst.

Je bent bereid om referentieverpleegkundige te worden voor onze doelgroep, relevante onderwerpen (bvb. hygiëne, mondzorg, visus, reanimatie…)

Je bent mobiel inzetbaar om hulp te bieden in de leefgroepen.
