Wil jij als verpleegkundige bijdragen aan topzorg voor oncologische patiënten? Zoek je afwisseling en uitdaging in complexe en mensgerichte zorg? Kom werken op Medische oncologie bij Amsterdam UMC. Als verpleegkundige op de afdeling Medische oncologie van Amsterdam UMC bied je patiënten het volledige oncologische zorgtraject: van curatieve chemotherapie tot palliatieve zorg en alles daartussen. Je begeleidt patiënten in verschillende stadia van hun ziekte en hebt oog voor zowel laag- als hoogcomplexe problematiek. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en biedt psychosociale steun aan patiënten en hun naasten. De diversiteit aan _eeftijden, opnameduren en ziektebeelden vraagt om zorg op maat én een empathische benadering. Werken in een academische omgeving betekent dat je meedenkt over het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van zorg. Je werkt met de nieuwste behandelmethoden en draagt bij aan wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Je blijft op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen binnen de oncologie en wordt gestimuleerd om jezelf continu te ontwikkelen. Je bent een betrokken verpleegkundige die nauwkeurig werkt, goed communiceert en patiënten écht ziet. Verder breng je mee: Een diploma mbo-V of hbo-V met BIG-registratie en specialisatie tot oncologieverpleegkundige of de bereidheid deze te volgen. Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring na afstuderen. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Empathisch vermogen en oog voor diversiteit in zorgbehoeften. Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden. Een open houding en teamspirit. Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast contract. Inschaling in salarisschaal 7M, 8aM: € 3.171 tot € 4.776 bruto bij een fulltime dienstverband (afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring). Daarnaast ontvang je 8,3% eindejaarsuitkering. Bereken hier jouw netto salaris. Vakantie-uren: 194,4 uur per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband en mogelijkheid om uren bij te sparen. Pensioenopbouw bij het ABP, waarvan wij 70% van de premie betalen. 100%

Je komt terecht in een hecht en divers team op de klinische afdeling Medische oncologie van Amsterdam UMC. De afdeling heeft 22 bedden—including vier ingericht voor palliatieve zorg—en een researchunit. Je werkt multidisciplinair samen aan chemotherapie, immunotherapie en doelgerichte therapieën, vaak in studieverband. Het team kenmerkt zich door betrokkenheid, collegialiteit en ruimte voor humor. Er wordt veel aandacht besteed aan opleiding, doorgroeimogelijkheden en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
