Maastricht UMC+ zoekt een Verpleegkundige Medium Care (i.o.) / Leerling BAZ-opleiding Dienstverband 16 - 36 uur per week Opleidingsniveau MBO niveau 4 Standplaats Maastricht Werkvelden Ziekenhuizen Wat ga je doen? Op medium care C5 lever je (acute) zorg aan de neurologische of neurochirurgische patiënten binnen een academische setting. Hier werk je midden in het hart van de zorg: je observeert patiënten continu, signaleert als eerste veranderingen en bent een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor artsen en andere specialisten. Jouw klinische blik en handelen hebben directe invloed op het behandelbeleid én het herstel van de patiënt. Als jij je bij ons team voegt kun je verwachten dat je: - door inzet van jouw expertise elke dag kunt bijdragen aan herstelprocessen die levens veranderen; - een breed en uitdagend spectrum aan neurologische en neurochirurgische ziektebeelden tegenkomt, van laag- tot hoogcomplex; - in een warm en betrokken team terecht komt, met collega's van verschillende leeftijden en ervaringsniveaus, waar samenwerken en van elkaar leren centraal staat. Hoe ziet je werkomgeving eruit? Je komt te werken op de afdeling medium care C5 met de specialismen neurologie en neurochirurgie. Wij verzorgen patiënten met neuro-oncologische-, neurovasculaire-, neuromusculaire en neurochirurgische aandoeningen. De afdeling beschikt over 10 bedden: 8 medium care bedden en 2 EMU-bedden (epilepsie monitoring unit). Er heerst op de afdeling een open en collegiale sfeer, waarin professionaliteit en een hoog kennisniveau hand in hand gaan met persoonlijke betrokkenheid. Je krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen, mee te denken over verbeteringen en actief bij te dragen aan kwaliteit en veiligheid van zorg.
