Je komt terecht op een gespecialiseerde revalidatieafdeling waar patiënten verblijven in het kader van:

  • Revalidatie na een ruggenmergletsel
  • Orthopedische revalidatie
  • Neuromusculaire aandoeningen
  • Post-COVID-revalidatie

Als verpleegkundige speel je een cruciale rol in het herstelproces van de revalidanten. Je ondersteunt hen niet alleen op medisch vlak, maar begeleidt hen ook bij het herwinnen van hun zelfstandigheid en zelfvertrouwen.

Je staat als verpleegkundige onder meer in voor:

  • Het uitvoeren van verpleegkundige zorgen en behandelingen.
  • Het observeren en opvolgen van de gezondheidstoestand van de revalidanten.
  • Het ondersteunen van patiënten tijdens hun revalidatietraject.
  • Het samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinair team van artsen, kinesitherapeuten, ergotherapeuten, logopedisten en andere zorgprofessionals.
  • Het actief bijdragen aan een warme, veilige en patiëntgerichte zorgomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma Verpleegkunde (bachelor of gegradueerde) en een geldig visum.
  • Je hebt interesse in revalidatiezorg en het begeleiden van patiënten op langere termijn.
  • Je bent empathisch, betrokken en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt graag samen binnen een multidisciplinair team.
  • Ervaring binnen revalidatie, neurologie of orthopedie is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
