In onze drie woonzorgcentra krijg je de kans om jouw expertise in te zetten en een essentiële rol te spelen in het leven van de bewoners.

Wie ben jij en wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Diploma verpleegkunde: Je hebt een diploma verpleegkunde op zak en je zoekt een omgeving waarin je écht van betekenis kunt zijn.
  • Initiatief en verantwoordelijkheidszin: Je hebt een proactieve instelling en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid. Je kunt zelfstandig werken en voelt je op je gemak in een rol waarin je persoonlijke aandacht geeft aan de doelgroep.
  • Empathie en passie voor ouderenzorg: Je kunt je goed inleven in de leefwereld van ouderen en vindt het belangrijk dat zij zich gerespecteerd en begrepen voelen.
  • Zorg met een hart: Als verpleegkundige draag je bij aan het welzijn van de bewoners door hen hoogwaardige en respectvolle zorg te bieden. Je helpt hun zelfstandigheid zoveel mogelijk te behouden en biedt waar nodig begeleiding en ondersteuning. Naast het uitvoeren van je medische taken bouw je een band op met de bewoners en leer je hen echt kennen. Binnen al onze woonzorgcentra hechten we aandacht aan het levensverhaal van bewoners.
  • Verpleegkundige expertise: Je voert uiteenlopende verpleegkundige handelingen uit, waaronder het klaarzetten en toedienen van medicatie, het geven van inspuitingen, bloedafnames, wondverzorging en andere verzorgende taken. Hierbij werk je met zorgvuldigheid en aandacht voor detail, afgestemd op de specifieke noden van elke bewoner.
  • Multidisciplinaire samenwerking: Samen met collega-verpleegkundigen, zorgkundigen, en andere disciplines zorg je voor een afgestemde zorgverlening die de bewoner centraal stelt. Je ondersteunt waar nodig en werkt samen aan het creëren van een veilige en warme omgeving.
  • Ruimte voor eigen initiatief en creativiteit: Heb je ideeën om het leven van bewoners te verrijken of om onze werking te verbeteren? Zulke initiatieven zijn meer dan welkom! Wij staan altijd open voor jouw inbreng om de zorg naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
  • Flexibiliteit en diversiteit in je werk: Bij AZT vind je veel afwisseling in je dagdagelijkse taken. Je kan op verschillende afdelingen ingezet worden om je expertise te delen. Dit houdt je werk boeiend en uitdagend. Daarnaast ben je bereid om één op de twee weekends te werken, waarbij we jouw voorkeuren zoveel mogelijk in acht nemen om de balans tussen werk en privé te ondersteunen.
