Ben jij een verpleegkundige met een warm hart voor ouderen en haal je voldoening uit het bieden van kwalitatieve, persoonsgerichte zorg? Voor een opdracht op de afdeling Acute Geriatrie van ZAS Cadix zoeken we een enthousiaste projectverpleegkundige die graag het verschil maakt voor een kwetsbare patiëntengroep.

Jouw uitdaging

Op de afdeling Acute Geriatrie sta je mee in voor de zorg en begeleiding van oudere patiënten met complexe zorgnoden. Je werkt nauw samen met een multidisciplinair team en draagt bij aan een kwalitatieve en veilige zorgverlening.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Uitvoeren van verpleegkundige zorgen
  • Observeren en opvolgen van de gezondheidstoestand van patiënten
  • Toedienen van medicatie en behandelingen
  • Begeleiden van patiënten en hun familie
  • Samenwerken met artsen, kinesitherapeuten en andere zorgverleners
  • Correcte rapportage en administratieve opvolging

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent een verpleegkundige die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit het werken met ouderen.

Daarnaast:

  • Beschik je over een diploma bachelor of HBO5 verpleegkunde
  • Heb je een groot hart voor geriatrie
  • Heb je bij voorkeur ervaring op een geriatrische afdeling
  • Ben je empathisch, communicatief en patiëntgericht
  • Werk je nauwkeurig en zelfstandig
  • Kan je goed omgaan met complexe zorgsituaties
  • Ben je beschikbaar voor een opdracht van minstens 80%
  • Beschik je over een rijbewijs B
