Wellness Kliniek groeit! Om ons team in Genk te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een verpleegkundige met ervaring in het operatiekwartier (enkel weekdagen) die onmiddellijk kan beginnen.

Als verpleegkundige in de Wellness Kliniek sta je in voor kwaliteitsvolle zorg op maat van de patiënt.

Kwaliteit is onze TOP prioriteit. Alle medewerkers binnen de Wellness Kliniek werken volgens het kwaliteitssysteem. Dit betekent dat alle processen, ook de medische en paramedische, strikt worden gecontroleerd op kwaliteit, veiligheid en patiënten tevredenheid.

Jouw kerntaken:

  • De patiënt en de arts bijstaan voor en na de operatie en nazorgbehandeling in de Wellness Kliniek.
  • Je biedt zorg aan de patiënten die aan jou toegewezen zijn
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de patiënt en zijn/haar familie..
  • Je registreert de nodige informatie in het patiëntendossier van patiënten.
  • Je assisteert de verantwoordelijke chirurg bij specifieke technische handelingen en patiëntenrondes.
  • Je draagt bij aan de kwaliteitsvolle zorg voor onze patiënten.
  • De patiënt en de arts bijstaan tijdens de operatie en nazorgbehandeling in de Wellness Kliniek.
  • Je werkt binnen een chirurgisch team en afdelingsteam: er is een duidelijke communicatie, briefings, afspraken. Het opvolgen van zorgprotocollen staat hierin centraal.
  • Je ontwikkelt verder je eigen deskundigheid.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma bachelor Verpleegkunde.
  • Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring in het operatiekwartier.
  • Je bent flexibel met werktijden, je wordt ingepland volgens rota tussen 7u en 20u. Geen weekenddienst en feestdagen vrij.
  • Je kan goed functioneren in teamverband.
  • Je hebt zin voor verantwoordelijkheid en kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Je hebt een verzorgde en enthousiaste uitstraling.
  • Kennis van het Nederlands en Frans wordt aanbevolen. Heel wat van onze patiënten komen uit het buitenland, kennis van het Engels, Duits of Spaans is daarom een extra voordeel.
  • Je hebt een opgewekte en vrolijke persoonlijkheid.
  • Je hebt een liefde voor cosmetische chirurgie en vriendelijke aandacht voor elke patiënt.
