Als verpleegkundige in ons woonzorgcentrum sta je in voor de dagelijkse zorg en begeleiding van onze bewoners.

Je draagt bij aan hun welzijn, gezondheid en comfort en werkt nauw samen met collega's, artsen en andere zorgverleners.

Jij als verpleegkundige bent de expert in medische- en verpleegtechnische handelingen.

Jouw taken:

Verlenen van verpleegkundige zorg en uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen.

Opvolgen van de gezondheidstoestand van bewoners en rapporteren van veranderingen.

Toedienen van medicatie volgens voorschrift.

Opstellen, uitvoeren en evalueren van zorgplannen.

Begeleiden en ondersteunen van bewoners en hun familie.

Samenwerken binnen een multidisciplinair team om kwalitatieve zorg te garanderen.

Mee zorgen voor een warme, veilige en huiselijke leefomgeving.

Beschikt over een diploma Verpleegkunde (HBO5 of Bachelor).

Verantwoordelijkheid neemt en kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel draagt.

Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband sterk functioneert.

Flexibel is en vlot inspeelt op de noden van bewoners en collega's.
