AZ Sint-Lucas en AZ Jan Palfijn, twee vooraanstaande ziekenhuizen in Gent die momenteel een fusietraject doorlopen, met de bedoeling om tegen 2027 één grootstedelijk ziekenhuis te vormen met meer dan 1.300 erkende bedden.

AZ Sint-Lucas is een warm ziekenhuis gelegen in hartje Gent. Het ziekenhuis telt 779 bedden voor klassieke hospitalisatie en 153 posities voor dagopnames. Er werken 230 artsen en 2.250 andere medewerkers.

AZ Jan Palfijn is eveneens gevestigd in Gent en beschikt over 519 erkende bedden. Ze vormen een sterke regionale speler en stellen meer dan 1.300 medewerkers en 175 artsen te werk.

Beide ziekenhuizen maken deel uit van het Ziekenhuisnetwerk Gent, samen met UZ Gent en AZ Oudenaarde.

De fusie tussen beide ziekenhuizen is gericht op het versterken van de gezamenlijke toekomst en het inspelen op de zorgnoden en uitdagingen van vandaag en morgen, ten gunste van patiënten, medewerkers en artsen.

Functie

Ben je een ervaren verpleegkundige die houdt van afwisseling, uitdaging en verantwoordelijkheid? Dan is de mobiele equipe van AZ Jan Palfijn dé plek waar jouw expertise volledig tot zijn recht komt. Je wordt flexibel ingezet op verschillende afdelingen en versterkt teams met jouw ervaring en klinisch inzicht.

Jouw taken

Als verpleegkundige binnen de Mobiele Equipe heb je onder meer volgende taken:

  • Verstrekken van kwaliteitsvolle en deskundige verpleegkundige zorg
  • Observeren, analyseren en rapporteren van patiëntentoestanden
  • Actief deelnemen aan het zorgproces en behandelingen ondersteunen
  • Flexibel inspelen op verschillende afdelingen en situaties
  • Bijdragen aan een veilige en patiëntgerichte zorgomgeving

Bovenstaande opsomming is niet limitatief.

Je werkt in vroege en late shiften en 1/2 weekends.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een diploma van bachelor in de verpleegkunde of graduaat in de verpleegkunde
  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring als verpleegkundige
  • Je bent sterk in een dynamische en wisselende werkomgeving
  • Je bent zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk
  • Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig
  • Je bent patiëntgericht en sterk in klinisch inzicht
