Binnen de mobiele equipe kan je worden ingezet voor ondersteuning bij acute ziekte, werkdruk, teruggeven overuren… . Je bent een graag geziene collega binnen het ziekenhuis en vangt op daar waar hulp nodig is.

Hou je van een afwisselende job als verpleegkundige? Ben je geïnteresseerd in verschillende afdelingen en pathologieën? Dan is het werken bij de mobiele equipe echt iets voor jou! Je komt terecht op verschillende afdelingen, in verschillende collegiale teams en maakt natuurlijk deel uit van het team van de mobiele equipe waar je altijd terecht kan. We voorzien een goede opvang en ondersteuning vanuit de leidinggevenden. Hiernaast krijg je de kans om je te engageren voor verschillende werkgroepen en wordt er ingezet om evidence based de kwaliteit van zorg te verhogen.

In AZ Turnhout bieden we je de mogelijkheden van een grote organisatie, gecombineerd met het persoonlijk karakter van een klein ziekenhuis. Door onze grootte kunnen we inzetten op verschillende specialisaties en voortdurend investeren in nieuwe technologieën en innovaties. Zo bieden we onze medewerkers talloze leerkansen en doorgroeimogelijkheden. Maar wat ons echt onderscheidt is onze warme, gemoedelijke sfeer. We vinden het belangrijk dat niet enkel patiënten maar ook medewerkers zich Gast voelen in ons Huis.

In 2027 beginnen we te bouwen aan ons ‘Gasthuis in het groen’: een gloednieuw ziekenhuis op campus Sint-Jozef waar we alle diensten van de huidige twee campussen samenbrengen.

Functie

  • Als verpleegkundige mobiele equipe ondersteun je de inwendige diensten op campus Sint-Elisabeth: Cardiologie Pneumologie Gastro-enterologie/heelkunde
  • Je staat in, als lid van een multidisciplinair team, voor de totale verpleegkundige zorgverlening en de administratieve opvolging hiervan.
  • Je werkt 75%, 80%, 90% of voltijds (bespreekbaar).
  • Je werkt in shiften (vroege & late diensten).
  • Je werkt één op drie weekends.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een graduaat basisverpleegkunde, HBO5- of bachelorsdiploma in de verpleegkunde of vroedkunde (bachelor vroedkunde enkel indien behaald voor 01/10/2018).
  • Ervaring op één van hogergenoemde diensten is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in een (multidisciplinair) team werken.
  • Je bent patiëntgericht, discreet en vriendelijk.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel.
  • Je kan vlot schakelen (werkingswijzen, pathologieën) en weet de juiste prioriteiten te leggen.
  • Je kan goed overweg met recente informatica-technische toepassingen.
  • Je kan je helemaal vinden in onze BIOS-waarden, welke je terug vindt op onze website.
