Voor onze Mobiele equipe geriatrie zoeken we een verpleegkundige die snel kan schakelen, rustig blijft in verandering en stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat. Iemand die collega’s versterkt op geriatrische en SP-afdelingen op momenten van hoge werkdruk of acute afwezigheden – met eenzelfde toewijding als op een vaste afdeling.

Jouw rol in ons ziekenhuis

Als verpleegkundige binnen onze mobiele equipe werk je flexibel op afdelingen binnen jouw cluster (Geriatrie en SP-diensten). Je biedt tijdelijke ondersteuning aan teams die jouw hulp écht nodig hebben.

  • Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en draagt bij aan een kwaliteitsvolle, mensgerichte zorg.
  • Je werkt in nauwe samenwerking met vaste teams en springt vlot in daar waar jouw expertise het verschil maakt.
  • Dankzij regelmatige bijscholing blijf je mee met de laatste ontwikkelingen in de zorg.
  • Je draagt bij aan een warme werksfeer, ook al is je werkplek wisselend.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een diploma verpleegkunde (HBO5, Basisverpleegkundige of Bachelor).
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in nieuwe situaties en teams.
  • Je communiceert helder, werkt zelfstandig én zoekt actief de samenwerking op.
  • Je houdt het hoofd koel bij verandering en blijft professioneel en mensgericht.
  • Zorgvuldigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en discretie typeren jouw aanpak.
