The posting

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je wordt voor korte periodes ingezet op diverse kritieke diensten van het UZA (intensieve zorg, recovery, medium care,spoedgevallen,…) om niet-geplande afwezigheden of verhoogde zorgzwaarte op te vangen.
  • Na een begeleide inwerkperiode van +- 3 maanden (afhankelijk van je ervaring), werk je als teamverpleegkundige waarbij je de volledige verpleegkundige zorg voor een groep patiënten coördineert.
  • Je neemt de hoogst gespecialiseerde intensieve zorg op je.
  • Je grijpt proactief in op klinisch veranderende situaties.
  • Naast je dagelijkse inzet voor de patiëntenzorg neem je ook de zorg voor de organisatie mee op je door je inbreng in het team, werkgroepen enz.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een diploma verpleegkunde (bachelor) met minimum 1 jaar werkervaring én een bijzondere beroepstitel spoed-intensieve zorg.
  • Je werkt zowel vroege als late diensten (geen nachten) en 1 à 2 weekends per maand.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan je vlot integreren in diverse verpleegteams.
  • Je kiest bewust voor een loopbaan in een omgeving met complexe patiëntenzorg.
  • Je bent veranderingsgericht en kan je vlot aanpassen aan innovaties in de beroepswereld.
  • Technische innovaties schrikken je niet af en je ziet door het bos van leidingen en kabels vooral de noden van de patiënt en zijn familie.
  • Je bent iemand die onze visie in verband met levenslang leren reeds in zich heeft; permanent groeien schrikt je niet af.
  • Je bent vooral een teamspeler die op professionele wijze wenst om te gaan met alle actoren in onze setting.
  • Je bent gericht op het concretiseren van doelen en het realiseren van resultaten.
  • Je stelt patiëntenveiligheid als prioriteit.
  • Je bent loyaal en integer.
