The posting

Als nachtverpleegkundige binnen de mobiele equipe ondersteun je tijdelijk verschillende woonzorgcentra binnen Regio Vlaanderen Centrum. Je bewaakt de continuïteit van zorg tijdens de nacht, volgt bewoners op en ondersteunt teams waar jouw expertise het meest nodig is. Dankzij jouw flexibiliteit en zelfstandigheid draag je bij aan kwalitatieve en veilige zorg in verschillende huizen.

Deze functie biedt een unieke combinatie van afwisseling en zekerheid. Je bouwt ervaring op in diverse woonzorgcentra, werkt samen met verschillende teams en krijgt de kans om jouw verpleegkundige expertise verder uit te bouwen binnen een sterke zorgorganisatie.

Concreet neem je onder andere volgende verantwoordelijkheden op:

  • Voer verpleegkundige handelingen uit volgens de geldende richtlijnen
  • Bewaak het welzijn en de veiligheid van bewoners tijdens de nacht
  • Observeer en rapporteer veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand
  • Ondersteun zorgteams en zorg voor een vlotte overdracht naar de dagploegen
  • Verzorg een correcte registratie en opvolging in de zorgdossiers

Je bent een flexibele nachtverpleegkundige die zich vlot aanpast aan nieuwe teams en zorgomgevingen. Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en behoudt ook tijdens de nacht het overzicht. Dankzij jouw observatievermogen en professionele aanpak kunnen bewoners rekenen op kwaliteitsvolle zorg.

Verder vragen wij:

  • Diploma bachelor verpleegkunde, HBO5 verpleegkunde, basisverpleegkunde of graduaat verpleegkunde met geldig visum
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op tijdens de nacht
  • Je bent sterk in observeren, rapporteren en het opvolgen van zorgsituaties
  • Je bent flexibel en verplaatsingsbereid binnen Regio Vlaanderen Centrum
