Functie

Je zal deels ingepland worden op pediatrie en deels de mobiele equipe ondersteunen. Vanuit de mobiele equipe zal je op verschillende diensten in het ziekenhuis tewerkgesteld worden.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Verlenen van verpleegkundige basis- en gespecialiseerde zorg;
  • Toepassen van hygiëne- en isolatiemaatregelen;
  • Voorzien in de psychosociale ondersteuning van patiënten;
  • Uitvoeren van het medicatiebeleid (klaarzetten, toedienen, controleren);
  • Voorzien in de begeleiding van de (behandelende) arts tijdens het bezoek aan de patiënten;
  • Instaan voor de correcte uitvoering en opvolging van de vastgelegde procedures;
  • Voorzien in informatieoverdracht en deelnemen aan overleg m.b.t. zaken die de zorg voor de patiënt en/of de werking van de dienst aanbelangen;
  • Voorzien in het administratief beheer van de patiëntendossiers.

Profiel

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor diploma verpleegkunde, een postgraduaat neonatologie is een meerwaarde;
  • Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken;
  • Je hebt een flexibele instelling en een groot aanpassingsvermogen;
  • Je bent een assertief en communicatief persoon;
  • Je bent een gemotiveerde, betrokken en nauwgezette verpleegkundige;
  • Kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening en patiëntvriendelijkheid draag je hoog in het vaandel.

Aanbod

Naast een tof en dynamisch team zal je tewerkgesteld worden in een innoverende werkomgeving. Je staat tewerkgesteld op pediatrie en in de mobiele equipe, wat maakt dat je een afwisselend takenpakket hebt. Je ontvangt een verloning volgens het IFIC barema categorie 14 (bachelor diploma) en dit aangevuld met tal van extralegale voordelen (maaltijdcheques €5, woon-werkverkeer vergoeding en/of fietsvergoeding, gratis hospitalisatieverzekering en vergoeding voor onregelmatige prestaties). We bieden een contract van onbepaalde duur, jobtime is te bespreken tussen 70 en 100%. Je zal werken in een variabel werkrooster (shiften, weekends, feestdagen).
