Als mobiele verpleegkundige in regio Limburg ondersteun je tijdelijk verschillende woonzorgcentra waar jouw expertise het meest nodig is. Je brengt structuur, stabiliteit en professionele zorg op momenten van verandering of versterking. Dankzij jouw flexibiliteit en ervaring maak je impact in meerdere teams en vergroot je jouw kennis binnen diverse zorgcontexten.

Je dagelijkse bezigheden bestaan uit

  • je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit volgens de geldende richtlijnen;
  • ondersteunt lokale teams tijdens tijdelijke opdrachten;
  • volgt zorgplannen op en bewaakt de continuïteit van zorg;
  • observeert en rapporteert veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand;
  • werkt multidisciplinair samen met lokale medewerkers;
  • draagt bij aan stabilisatie en kwaliteitsverbetering binnen projecten.

Als mobiele verpleegkundige in regio Limburg draag je bij aan continuïteit en kwaliteitsvolle zorg door tijdelijk verschillende woonzorgcentra te ondersteunen waar jouw expertise het meest nodig is. Je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit volgens richtlijnen, volgt zorgplannen op, observeert bewoners en rapporteert veranderingen. Je werkt multidisciplinair samen met lokale teams en helpt stabiliteit en structuur brengen in periodes van versterking of verandering. Samen met je collega’s zorg jij voor professionele zorg en kwaliteitsverbetering binnen projecten. Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten zelfstandig, flexibel en organisatorisch sterk binnen jouw functie centraal. Die heb je nodig omdat je snel moet kunnen schakelen tussen settings, zelfstandig werkt en tegelijk teams mee vooruithelpt.

Verder vragen we

  • je beschikt over een diploma HBO5, bachelor of master in de verpleegkunde (geriatrie is een plus) en over een geldig visum;
  • enkele jaren ervaring als verpleegkundige is vereist;
  • je hebt leidinggevende capaciteiten en bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en communiceren;
  • je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
