Op dit moment zijn wij op zoek naar een Verpleegkundige Mobiele Nachtequipe.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als Verpleegkundige Mobiele Nachtequipe bied je hulp op verschillende verpleegafdelingen. Je wordt flexibel ingezet waar de nood het hoogst is en zorgt voor continuïteit van zorg tijdens de nacht. Je waakt over de gezondheid en het comfort van de patiënten en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor dringende situaties.

Als verpleegkundige

  • Observeer, registreer en volg je de vitale parameters op.
  • Voer je verpleegkundige handelingen uit, zowel autonoom als op voorschrift van de arts.
  • Bereid en controleer je medicatie, dien je deze toe en volg je de effecten ervan op.
  • Herken je acute situaties en reageer je gepast, steeds in overleg met de arts of hoofdverpleegkundige.
  • Ondersteun, informeer en stel je patiënten en hun familie gerust.
  • Stel je zorgplannen op en rapporteer je nauwkeurig in het elektronisch patiëntendossier.
  • Werk je actief mee aan kwaliteitsverbetering, procesoptimalisatie en multidisciplinair overleg.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een diploma bachelor in de (ziekenhuis) verpleegkunde of je bent een gegradueerd verpleegkundige (HBO5).
  • Afwisseling en variatie in je job, dat is je ding. Daarnaast ben je organisatorisch en planmatig ingesteld.
  • Door je sociale flair ben je erg collegiaal en kan je je gemakkelijk integreren in een team.
  • Gedrevenheid, motivatie en je vastbijten in deze boeiende, maar soms ook veeleisende job zijn aspecten die bij je passen.
  • Je slorpt informatie op en werkt graag in een innovatieve omgeving.
  • Stress schrikt je niet af, je blijft kalm en kan efficiënt handelen onder druk.
  • Je vindt warm en menselijk contact belangrijk, maar gaat ook op een professionele en deskundige wijze met de patiënt om.
  • Nauwkeurigheid, orde, veiligheid en hygiëne, zijn aspecten die bij je passen.
  • Je bent een echte mens-mens en een teamplayer. Collega’s kunnen op jou rekenen.
