Je combineert klinische kennis met een zelfstandige aanpak. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor dringende zorgvragen en de stabiele factor wanneer de rest van het huis slaapt. Wij bieden je een vast uurrooster en een omgeving waarin we samen streven naar uitmuntende zorg, 24/7.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Diploma: Je bent een gegradueerd of bachelor verpleegkundige (met visum).
  • Nachtraaf: Je kiest bewust voor de nachtdienst en beschikt over de nodige discipline en focus tijdens de late uren.
  • Zelfstandig & Besluitvaardig: Je kunt vlot zelfstandig handelen en durft de juiste beslissingen te nemen in noodsituaties.
  • Empathisch: Je hebt een groot hart voor ouderen en biedt de geborgenheid die ze 's nachts nodig hebben.
  • Communicatief: Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze rapportage aan de dagploeg en communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands.
  • Klinische zorg & Monitoring: Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en bewaakt de gezondheidstoestand van de bewoners met een scherp oog voor detail.
  • Continuïteit: Je waarborgt de kwaliteit van zorg tijdens de nacht en zorgt voor een warme, veilige sfeer op de afdeling.
  • Rapportage: Je documenteert nauwgezet alle observaties in het zorgdossier en zorgt voor een gestructureerde overdracht naar de ochtendploeg.
