Wij zijn op zoek naar een verpleegkundige nacht.

Als verpleegkundige nacht in ons woonzorgcentrum sta je in voor het realiseren en verlenen van verpleegkundige zorgen, van professionele en warme zorg en het voorzien van een warme thuis voor onze bewoners.

Dit houdt onder meer volgende taken in:

  • Je staat in voor kwalitatieve en warme (verpleegkundige) zorg voor onze bewoners.
  • Je waarborgt de continuïteit in de zorg
  • Je staat in voor een goede klantenrelatie met de bewoners, hun familie, hun bezoekers en hun externe zorgverleners

Je hebt een diploma graduaat/A2 of A1 verpleegkundige behaald. Je bent communicatief sterk en sociaal vaardig. Je kan goed luisteren en werkt probleem-oplossend. Je kan goed organiseren, kan zelfstandig werken en je werkt graag samen met anderen. Verantwoordelijkheid, klantgerichtheid en flexibiliteit draag je hoog in het vaandel. Verder heb je een hands-on mentaliteit en kan je vlot nieuwe informatie opnemen, verwerken en effectief toepassen. Je hebt aandacht voor hygiëne en de correcte verpleegkundige technieken. Nieuwe uitdagingen en werken met bewoners met dementie schrikken je niet af. Je bent stressbestendig. Ervaring als verpleegkundige binnen een wzc is een pluspunt, maar ook schoolverlaters bieden wij heel graag een kans om binnen ons wzc te groeien en de kneepjes van het vak in de praktijk toe te passen.
