Bij In Beweging draait alles om herstel en zelfstandigheid, 24 uur per dag. Juist in de nacht maak jij als verpleegkundige het verschil voor revalidanten die tijdelijk extra zorg, observatie en veiligheid nodig hebben. Wij zoeken een revalidatieverpleegkundige die zich primair richt op de nachtdiensten. Over In Beweging In Beweging is specialist in geriatrische revalidatiezorg in Zoetermeer en Bergambacht. Revalidanten verblijven bij ons na een ziekenhuisopname en werken toe naar een zo zelfstandig mogelijke terugkeer naar huis. Reablement staat centraal: ondersteunen waar nodig, stimuleren waar het kan. Ook in de nacht. Wat maakt werken in de nacht bij ons bijzonder? Als nachtdienstverpleegkundige ben jij een cruciale schakel in continuïteit en veiligheid. Je bewaakt de medische en verpleegkundige situatie van revalidanten en weet wanneer je moet handelen en wanneer juist rust nodig is. Tegelijk vinden wij het belangrijk dat je onderdeel blijft van het totale team. Daarom werk je naast nachtdiensten ook af en toe een avond- of dagdienst zodat je betrokken blijft bij het behandelproces, collega's en teamafspraken. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verpleegkundige zorg tijdens de nachtdienst. - Je observeert, signaleert en handelt bij veranderingen in de situatie van revalidanten. - Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen zelfstandig en deskundig uit. - Je rapporteert zorgvuldig in het elektronisch cliëntdossier. - Je draagt bij aan rust, veiligheid en continuïteit van zorg in de nacht. - Je blijft verb...
