Jouw rol als verpleegkundige:

Verpleegkundige zijn bij WZC Mariënhove? Dat is véél meer dan ‘gewoon’ een job uitoefenen. Als verpleegkundige ben jij immers een onmisbare schakel in het dagelijkse leven van de bewoners. Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • Verpleegkundige zorg uitvoeren: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het toedienen van verpleegkundige zorgen.
  • Medicatie toedienen: Je waakt over de juiste medicatie voor de bewoners en zorgt voor een correcte toediening.
  • Nauw samenwerken: Je werkt nauw samen met een zorgkundige om de beste zorg aan te bieden.
  • Observeren en rapporteren: Je houdt het welzijn van de bewoners scherp in de gaten en rapporteert belangrijke observaties.
  • Administratieve ondersteuning: Je zorgt voor een vlotte afhandeling van de administratieve taken binnen je rol.
