Als nachtverpleegkundige ondersteun je diverse klinieken tijdens nachtdiensten door rondes te lopen en collega's te adviseren. Zo zorg je voor een veilige nacht! Solliciteer direct en maak impact. Terwijl de rest van de wereld diep in slaap is, ben jij degene bij wie alles op rolletjes loopt. Wat doe je als de gangen stil zijn en een cliënt toch wakker ligt? In deze rol werk je overstijgend voor vier verschillende psychiatrische klinieken met in totaal zo'n 136 cliënten. Je vormt een flexibele kracht tijdens de nachtdiensten en biedt verpleegkundige ondersteuning waar dat nodig is. Zo breng je rust en stabiliteit. - Je start de dienst met een korte afstemming met de verschillende afdelingen. - Je loopt tijdens de nacht een controleronde langs alle locaties. - Je biedt een luisterend oor en verpleegkundige ondersteuning bij acute vragen. - Je helpt collega's bij het inschatten van complexe situaties. - Je zorgt voor een heldere overdracht en een veilige sfeer.
