Jij zorgt ervoor. Zo werk jij Voor wie jij er als verpleegkundige nachtdienst bent? Voor klinisch opgenomen cliënten met een triple- of quattro-diagnose die intensieve begeleiding en zorg nodig hebben gedurende de nacht. Jij speelt een essentiële rol in het bewaken van rust en veiligheid en ondersteunt hen bij het vinden van balans in hun dag- en nachtritme. Vanuit jouw expertise en persoonlijke talenten geef jij vorm aan de functie van verpleegkundige nachtdienst. De belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn voor jou bekend terrein. Wat de functie van verpleegkundige nachtdienst bij GGz Centraal bijzonder maakt is: - cliënten ondersteunen bij hun individuele hulpvragen en behandelplannen tijdens de nachtelijke uren. - verpleegtechnische handelingen uitvoeren volgens protocollen en richtlijnen. - veranderingen in de gezondheidstoestand signaleren en proactief handelen bij mogelijke crisissituaties. - samenwerken met andere disciplines, zoals het nachthoofd, arts, beveiliger en psychiater, om kwalitatieve zorg te bieden. - rust, structuur en veiligheid bieden in de nacht, met een focus op preventieve en de-escalerende zorg. Jouw werktijden zijn van 22:35 uur tot 7:35 uur. Bij een werkweek van meer dan 24 uur kan het voorkomen dat je volgens de CAO-richtlijnen ook andere diensten draait.
