Je werkt op een unieke locatie midden in de bossen, waar je zowel intensieve zorg biedt in het verpleeghuis als begeleiding aan deelnemers in de tiny houses. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je schakelt moeiteloos tussen diverse zorgvragen en kijkt altijd naar wat iemand zelf nog kan. Wat ga je doen: - Verlenen van dagelijkse verpleegkundige zorg, zoals het toedienen van medicatie, wondzorg en het observeren van de gezondheid. - Uitvoeren van ADL-zorg en verpleegtechnische handelingen. - Vastleggen van jouw bevindingen en samenwerken met collega's, artsen en andere behandelaren. - Ondersteunen van deelnemers die zelfstandig wonen met passende begeleiding. - Flexibel inspelen op verschillende zorgvragen, zowel overdag als tijdens nachtdiensten. Wat we je bieden - Een salaris tussen €3.384 en €4.102 per maand volgens de CAO VVT, FWG 45. - Flexibele werkuren tussen 24 en 36 uur per week, alleen in nachtdiensten. - Ruimte voor professionele groei met toegang tot trainingen en bijscholingen. - Een unieke werkomgeving midden in de bossen van Apeldoorn, met afwisselende zorgvragen. Functie-eisen We zoeken een betrokken verpleegkundige die flexibel en empathisch is, met affiniteit voor verslavingszorg en psychische klachten. - Afgeronde mbo-v of hbo-v opleiding (laatstejaars welkom). - Geldige BIG-registratie of bereidheid tot herregistratie. - Kennis en affiniteit met verslaving en psychische klachten. - Bereidheid om alleen nachtdiensten te draaien. - Ervaring met ADL-zorg en verpleegtechnische handelingen.
