Als verpleegkundige op Neuro/Cardio/Nefrologie werk je op een gespecialiseerde afdeling met 28 bedden, waaronder 6 stroke‑unitbedden. Je combineert hoogtechnologische zorg met warme, mensgerichte aandacht. Je werkt nauw samen met een multidisciplinair team en krijgt alle ruimte om je expertise te verdiepen.   • ZAS Augustinus (2610, Wilrijk)
  • 38 uur/week (100%), overig regime is bespreekbaar
  • Je bent bereid om in een gevarieerd shiftensysteem te werken, zowel overdag als ‘s nachts en in weekends.

OVER DE JOB

  • Werken op een gespecialiseerde dienst – Je komt terecht op een afdeling met expertise in nefrologie, cardiologie en neurologie, inclusief een stroke‑
  • Afwisseling troef – De mix van disciplines zorgt voor een boeiend en gevarieerd takenpakket waarin je zelfstandig het volledige zorgproces van je patiënten opvolgt.
  • Samen sterk – Je werkt nauw samen met diëtisten, sociale dienst, logopedisten, kinesisten, spoed, medische technische diensten en andere partners.
  • Ruimte om te groeien – Je krijgt interne bijscholingen en kansen tot zelfontplooiing; de interne cursus diabetologie is zeker een aanrader.
  • Teamgevoel op z’n best – Je maakt deel uit van een hecht team met zowel jonge als ervaren collega’s en werkt in duo met een zorgkundige in de directe patiëntenzorg.
  • Kwaliteit voorop – Je draagt bij aan warme, kwaliteitsvolle zorg in een aangename en ondersteunende werkomgeving.

OVER JOU

  • Diploma op zak – Je beschikt over een bachelor- of HBO5‑diploma verpleegkunde én een geldig visum.
  • Ervaring welkom, geen must – Kennis van neurologie, cardiologie en nefrologie is mooi meegenomen, maar je krijgt sowieso een interne opleiding.
  • Zorg met inzicht – Je kan de zorgbehoefte van patiënten goed inschatten en plant, coördineert, verleent en evalueert zorg op een deskundige, flexibele en creatieve manier.
  • Nauwkeurig en veilig – Je werkt ordelijk, hygiënisch en volgt procedures nauwgezet op.
  • Rust in de drukte – Je blijft kalm en professioneel, ook wanneer het tempo hoog ligt.
  • Warm en betrokken – Je begeleidt patiënten zowel lichamelijk als psychosociaal met aandacht, respect en empathie.
