Op dit moment zijn wij op zoek naar een verpleegkundige voor de afdeling Neurochirurgie.

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Je verleent verpleegkundige zorg op een nauwkeurige, planmatige en deskundige wijze, rekening houdend met de behoeften van de patiënt en zijn omgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse voor neurochirurgie en MKA.
  • Je draagt verantwoordelijkheid in het verlenen van zorg. Je legt activiteiten vast in een verpleegkundig dossier en brieft je collega’s mondeling.
  • Je participeert aan het overleg op de afdeling en streeft in teamverband mee naar verdere optimalisering van de zorg.
  • Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team van verpleegkundigen, zorgkundigen, artsen, administratief logistiek en ergotherapeut.
  • De afdeling beschikt over 6 midcare bedden waar je na opleiding ook wordt ingezet.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een diploma van bachelor of HBO5 verpleegkundige.
  • Zowel verpleegkundigen met ervaring als schoolverlaters komen in aanmerking.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en hygiënisch.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken in schiften: vroeg, laat, nacht en je werkt 1 weekend op 2.
  • Je benadert patiënten op een professionele en deskundige wijze, doch je verliest ook het warme en menselijk contact niet uit het oog.
  • Je kan accuraat rapporteren aan collega's, leidinggevenden en artsen.
