Als verpleegkundige op afdeling 6B maak je elke dag het verschil voor patiënten met neurologische, endocrinologische en interne aandoeningen. Met jouw deskundigheid, betrokkenheid en warme zorg op maat begeleid je hen tijdens hun zorgtraject. Samen met een hecht multidisciplinair team zet je in op kwaliteit, vertrouwen en mensgerichte zorg.

WAT?

  • Contract onbepaalde duur
  • ZAS Middelheim (2020, Antwerpen)
  • 38 uur/week (100%), overig regime is bespreekbaar
  • Je bent bereid om in een gevarieerd shiftensysteem te werken, zowel overdag als ‘s nachts en in weekends.

OVER DE JOB

  • Zorg op maat – Je biedt deskundige en planmatige zorg aan patiënten met neurologische, endocrinologische en interne aandoeningen, afgestemd op hun lichamelijke en psychosociale noden.
  • Veelzijdige verpleegkundige zorg – Je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit in opdracht van de arts en werkt volgens de geldende kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Continuïteit verzekerd – Je zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht en een correcte registratie in het verpleegkundig dossier.
  • Samen sterk – Je werkt nauw samen met artsen en collega's om elke patiënt de best mogelijke zorg te bieden.
  • Kwaliteit voorop – Je draagt actief bij aan kwaliteitsverbetering, patiënteneducatie en gezondheidsvoorlichting.
  • Een veelzijdige rol – Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking van de afdeling, begeleidt stagiairs en neemt indien nodig bijkomende verantwoordelijkheden op.

OVER JOU

  • De juiste basis – Je hebt een bachelor of HBO5 Verpleegkunde en beschikt over een geldig visum van de FOD Volksgezondheid.
  • Leergierig en gemotiveerd – Ervaring in neurologie, endocrinologie of interne geneeskunde is een plus, maar jouw motivatie is minstens even belangrijk.
  • Klinisch sterk – Je schat zorgbehoeften correct in en plant, verleent en evalueert zorg op een deskundige manier.
  • Een echte teamspeler – Je werkt graag multidisciplinair samen en communiceert helder met patiënten, collega's en artsen.
  • Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig – Je neemt initiatief, werkt ordelijk en houdt kwaliteit en patiëntveiligheid steeds voor ogen.
  • Stressbestendig – Je behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische werkomgeving en speelt flexibel in op veranderende zorgnoden.
