Voor de afdelingen CR1 en CR2 binnen de cluster DUVO-NAH zoeken we:

VERPLEEGKUNDIGEN

CR1 heeft een aanbod voor patiënten waarbij globale verwardheid en desoriëntatie op de voorgrond staan ten gevolge van een hersenletsel. Het is een gesloten afdeling voor 30 patiënten.

CR2 is een gesloten afdeling voor mensen met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel of degeneratieve aandoeningen, gespecialiseerd in Huntington.

Beide afdelingen bieden een veilige, gestructureerde omgeving met therapie op maat, gericht op verwerking, revalidatie en emotioneel welzijn. Familie wordt actief betrokken om samen een nieuw evenwicht te vinden.

De cluster DUVO-NAH biedt gespecialiseerde geestelijke gezondheidszorg (GGZ) aan personen met een dubbeldiagnose verstandelijke ontwikkelingsstoornis en personen die na een niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH) nood hebben aan neuropsychische revalidatie.

Bij Zorggroep Sint-Kamillus maak je als verpleegkundige elke dag een zichtbaar verschil. Je werkt in een warm, multidisciplinair team en vertrekt altijd vanuit de individuele noden van elke bewoner.

Je ondersteunt de bewoners in hun herstelproces, versterkt hun fysieke en mentale gezondheid en stimuleert hun zelfredzaamheid. Zo draag jij dagelijks bij aan meer levenskwaliteit.

  • Gekwalificeerd & bevoegd: Je bent bachelor of HBO5 verpleegkundige met een geldig visum. Je zet je expertise in om veilige, kwaliteitsvolle zorg te garanderen.

  • Samen bouwen aan sterke zorg: Je neemt actief deel aan multidisciplinair overleg en denkt mee over het opstellen, bijsturen en opvolgen van zorgplannen.
  • Zelfstandigheid ondersteunen: Je ondersteunt zorgvragers in hun dagelijkse activiteiten en helpt hen groeien in zelfredzaamheid.
