Een unieke kans om mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van onze zorg. Wat ga je doen? Als verpleegkundige niveau 4 heb jij de regie over de zorg voor jouw bewoners. Je bent een vertrouwd gezicht voor bewoners en hun naasten en weet als geen ander wat er nodig is om goede, persoonsgerichte zorg te bieden. Daarnaast: - Coördineer en bewaak je de kwaliteit van zorg. - Voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit. - Coach en begeleid je collega's, leerlingen en stagiaires. - Onderhoud je contact met familie, behandelaren en andere disciplines. - Denk je actief mee over verbeteringen binnen de zorgverlening. - Draag je bij aan een warme en huiselijke leefomgeving voor onze bewoners.
