Functieomschrijving Ben jij verpleegkundige en komt jouw klinische blik juist in de nacht en avond goed tot zijn recht? Bij Grubbeveld werk je met dementie, gedrag en complexe zorgvragen. Je observeert, beoordeelt situaties en weet wanneer je moet handelen. Dit draag jij bij Als verpleegkundige in de avond en nacht heb je een belangrijke rol binnen Grubbeveld. Je verleent verpleegkundige zorg, maar kijkt tegelijkertijd verder. Je observeert veranderingen, herkent signalen en beoordeelt wat een bewoner op dat moment nodig heeft. Wat valt je op? Is gedrag anders dan normaal? Kan er een lichamelijke oorzaak zijn? En vraagt een situatie om direct handelen of juist om goed observeren? Jouw klinische blik is hierbij belangrijk. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid en gedrag en zorgt dat belangrijke informatie goed wordt vastgelegd en overgedragen. Juist in de avond en nacht kunnen situaties anders verlopen dan overdag. Dat vraagt om een verpleegkundige die zelfstandig kan handelen, verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en rustig blijft wanneer iets onverwachts gebeurt. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder dan de medische zorg. Je leert bewoners goed kennen en probeert te begrijpen wat er achter gedrag of een veranderende zorgvraag zit. Samen met collega's zoek je steeds naar zorg en begeleiding die bij de bewoner passen. Daarom past deze functie bij jou Je bent een verpleegkundige die graag zelfstandig werkt en vertrouwt op zijn of haar klinische blik.
