Wat ga je doen? Als Verpleegkundige ben je in nauwe samenwerking met de Teamleider en overige uitvoerenden verantwoordelijk voor een kwalitatieve bijdrage aan de multidisciplinaire zorg. Je onderhoudt contacten met de bewoners en hun relaties, met collega's en met externe behandelaars en hulpverleners. Je voert zorgtaken en bijzondere verpleegtechnische handelingen uit. Je begeleidt en adviseert medewerkers van deskundigheidsniveau 2 en 3. Je levert een bijdrage aan het optimaliseren van verpleegkundige zorg en neemt deel aan afdelingsoverstijgende werkgroepen en commissies ter bevordering van de kwaliteit van zorg. Wat wij bieden: Bij ons maak je deel uit van een energieke organisatie, waarin je volop de mogelijkheden krijgt om jezelf te ontwikkelen en te groeien in je functie. Het basissalaris bedraagt maximaal €4.245,84 (FWG 45), afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring voor een werkweek van 36 uur. Maar daar blijft het niet bij. Verder bieden wij uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. Naast een volledige 13e maand, ontvang je 8% vakantiegeld en heb je recht op maar liefst 238 verlofuren per jaar.
