Iemand die rust brengt in hectische situaties, een luisterend oor biedt en bewoners het gevoel geeft dat ze ertoe doen? Dan zoeken wij jou! Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag binnen een moderne woonzorglocatie in de regio Rotterdam. Hier wonen ouderen die afhankelijk zijn van professionele zorg, maar vooral behoefte hebben aan een plek waar zij zich thuis voelen. Samen met een betrokken team zorg jij voor een veilige en prettige leefomgeving. Wat ga je doen? Als Verpleegkundige Niveau 4 ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het zorgteam. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, coördineert de dagelijkse zorg en ondersteunt collega's waar nodig. Je signaleert veranderingen in de gezondheid van bewoners en onderneemt direct actie wanneer dat nodig is. Daarnaast ben je een vertrouwd gezicht voor bewoners en hun naasten. Jij weet als geen ander hoe belangrijk persoonlijke aandacht is. Wat verwachten we van jou? Je beschikt over een diploma Verpleegkunde niveau 4. Je bent professioneel, betrokken en weet goed overzicht te houden. Daarnaast ben je communicatief sterk en draag je graag bij aan de ontwikkeling van het team.
