Functiebeschrijving

Je staat in voor het medisch luik in het opvangcentrum:

  • Je herkent klachten van de bewoners en verwijst door waar nodig.
  • Je voert EHBO en kleine wondzorg zelf uit.
  • Je werkt samen met externe partners (CLB, K&G, Tropisch Instituut …).
  • Je bouwt een preventie- en vormingsluik rond medische casussen uit.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de medisch-administratief medewerkers, centrumarts, externe zorgverleners en andere collega's in het afstemmen van zorgtrajecten.
  • Je beheert de medische dossiers (EMD) van de bewoners, maakt verslagen en rapporteert; allemaal volgens de geldende GDPR- en beroepsnormen.
  • Je hebt een diploma verpleegkunde.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een multiculturele omgeving.
  • Je bent een doener en gaat er meteen voor.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Engels, Frans… en misschien nog meer?
  • MS Office kent geen geheimen voor jou, en je werkt vlot met digitale opvolging van bewonersdossiers. SharePoint-ervaring is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent georganiseerd en administratief sterk.
  • Je bent empathisch en diplomatisch, maar je durft ook je grenzen te stellen.
