Want jij bent die verpleegkundige of verzorgende IG waar het team, de cliënten en hun naasten op kunnen rekenen. Welke uitdaging ga jij aan? Onze cliënten hebben complexe problematiek. Het gaat daarbij vaak om zowel somatische, psychogeriatrische als psychiatrische stoornissen. Zij verblijven kort bij ons (zo'n zes weken). Ook daarom is geen dag hetzelfde! Jij hebt een missie: het welzijn van deze cliënten behouden en verbeteren. Intensief werk? Zeker! Bevredigend? Meer dan! En dat doe je niet alleen Jij gaat werken in een gedreven, multidisciplinair team dat professionaliteit uitstraalt. Het team bestaat uit collega verzorgenden, voedingsassistenten en verpleegkundigen. Ook werk je samen met een specialist ouderengeneeskunde, een GZ-psycholoog, activiteitentherapeuten en klinisch casemanagers. Kernwoorden zijn: open, collegiaal en bouwen op vertrouwen. Dat levert heel wat op: hoe intensief het werk ook is, samen gaat het team van de kliniek voor de beste zorg voor cliënten en hun naasten. Het is niet voor niets dat de meeste zorgprofessionals er al lang werken. En wie zijn wij? De kliniek van Geriant waar jij straks aan de slag zult gaan is een afdeling gespecialiseerd in psychisch onderzoek, diagnostiek en behandeling van cliënten met complexe psychogeriatrische problematiek. De kliniek heeft 17 bedden en neemt circa 120 cliënten per jaar op. Hierdoor is de groepsdynamiek geen dag hetzelfde. Het team bestaat uit ongeveer 40 collega's. In totaal werken er zo'n 230 mensen bij Geriant. Waarom is het werken bij Geriant zo leuk?
