Voor Zorgcampus 't Huis zijn we op zoek naar een betrokken verpleegkundige of zorgkundige met een hart voor ouderen. Je komt terecht in een enthousiast en multidisciplinair team van verpleegkundigen, zorgkundigen, keuken- en poetsmedewerkers, woon- en leefbegeleiders en andere ondersteunende collega's. Samen zetten jullie in op kwalitatieve en persoonsgerichte zorg, waarbij het lichamelijk, sociaal en psychisch welzijn van onze bewoners centraal staat. Door bewoners, familieleden, mantelzorgers, vrijwilligers en de buurt actief te betrekken, bouwen we samen aan een warme, huiselijke leefomgeving waarin verbondenheid en welzijn vooropstaan.

IN WELK TEAM KOM JE TERECHT?

Als zorgmedewerker kom je terecht in een werking van collega zorgkundigen, verpleegkundigen, keukenhulp-poetsmedewerker en andere ondersteunde diensten. Samenwerken en open communicatie staat hierbij ook centraal. Samen met de teamcoach bewaak je de zorgen voor de bewoners.

Onze organisatie zet sterk in op woon-en leefgebeuren van onze bewoners. Het betrekken van bewoners, familie, vrijwilligers en mantelzorgers zijn een grote meerwaarde. Samen met stellen we sociaal en psychologisch welzijn voorop.

Onze organisatie beschikt over 5 woonzorgcentra, 2 locaties met centra voor kortverblijf, een Centrum voor Dagverzorging, en 3 locaties met assistentiewoningen. Elk huis biedt ondersteuning vanaf opname tot nazorg. Elke bewoner en bezoeker is welkom met iedere vraag.

WAT ZIJN JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN?

  • Je werkt vanuit jouw verpleegkundige/zorgkundige expertise aan de zorgtaken van onze bewoners.
  • Zorgmedewerkers spelen een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse zorg en ondersteuning van bewoners. Samen met collega’s help je mee aan het creëren van aangename woon-en leefgebeuren.
  • Het schrikt je niet af om wondzorg, medicatiezorg, palliatieve zorg, ... op te nemen.

  • Uitvoeren van alle zorg volgens het bewonersdossier en volgens de kwaliteitseisen.
  • Observeren en opvolgen van bewoners met specifieke zorgnoden.
  • Administratie inbrengen en opvolgen, eventueel met mondelinge rapportage aan het team.
  • Tot slot, huiselijkheid en persoonlijke benadering zijn sleutelprincipes binnen Zorg Kortrijk. Iedereen is welkom in ons huis.

Je hebt een diploma als verpleegkundige/ Zorgkundige op zak mét zorgvisum.
