NeurochirurgieGroep streeft ernaar om als team hoogkwalitatieve neurochirurgische zorg te bieden waarbij de patiënt als mens centraal staat, wil je hier mee voor gaan? Sluit je aan bij de grootste neurochirurgische dienst van Antwerpen! Met 8 neurochirurgen en de modernste technieken bieden we elke dag nieuwe uitdagingen in een veelzijdige specialisatie: neurochirurgie.

WAT?

  • Contract onbepaalde duur
  • ZAS Augustinus (2610, Antwerpen)
  • 38 uur/week (100%), overig regime is bespreekbaar.
  • Je bent bereid om in een gevarieerd shiftensysteem te werken, zowel overdag als ‘s nachts en in weekends. 7u30-18u00 7u30-13u30 11u30-18u00

OVER DE JOB

  • Je werkt met de nieuwste technieken en materialen in high-tech operatiezalen op de campussen ZAS Cadix en werkt dagelijks mee aan electieve chirurgie in minstens drie operatiezalen.
  • Je hebt een voltijdse functie van 38 uur met flexibele werktijden, waarbij 10-urendagen worden afgewisseld met dagen van 6 uur, en je krijgt permanente on-the-job training om continu professioneel te groeien.
  • Dagelijks plannen we electieve chirurgie in minstens 3 operatiezalen. Voor urgenties die niet tijdens de daguren uitgevoerd kunnen worden, is er een wachtregeling voor neurochirurgie waarbij je op gsm wordt opgeroepen. We roepen telkens zowel een omloopverpleegkundige als een instrumenterende verpleegkundige neurochirurgie op dus je staat er nooit alleen voor.

OVER JOU

  • Je beschikt over een diploma en visum als bachelor of HBO5 in de verpleegkunde, eventueel aangevuld met een opleiding in operatieverpleegkunde.
  • Je hebt ervaring in of bent gemotiveerd om je te ontwikkelen binnen de neurochirurgie.
  • Je bent een teamplayer met sterke communicatievaardigheden en je bent stressbestendig.
  • Je werkt in de NeurochirurgieGroep met de nieuwste technieken en technologieën, dus enthousiasme om voortdurend bij te leren en interesse in medische apparatuur zijn essentieel.
  • Je bent bereid op beide campussen te werken en wachtdiensten te vervullen (beschikbaar binnen 30 minuten), waarvoor je een eenmalige vergoeding ontvangt.
  • Je hebt interesse in medische technologie en bent enthousiast om te werken met de nieuwste technieken binnen de neurochirurgie, waarbij continu leren voorop staat.
