Je komt terecht in het oncologisch dagziekenhuis van Vitaz, waar patiënten terechtkunnen voor ambulante oncologische behandelingen. Je komt in een multidisciplinair team terecht dat dagelijks streeft naar warme, kwalitatieve en professionele zorg. Het oncologisch dagziekenhuis bevindt zich in Sint-Niklaas, Beveren en Lokeren. Ons team zoekt een nieuwe collega-verpleegkundige! Heb je een hart voor oncologische patiënten? Haal je voldoening uit een gevarieerd takenpakket en diverse technische handelingen? En besteed je daarnaast graag aandacht aan de psychosociale en emotionele ondersteuning van patiënten en hun families? Dan maken we graag kennis met jou! Functiebeschrijving

- Je draagt mee zorg voor de patiënten die opgenomen worden in het oncologisch dagziekenhuis. - Je werkt campusoverschrijdend: in Lokeren, Sint-Niklaas en Beveren. - Je voert de verschillende verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en zorgt voor een correcte rapportage in het verpleegkundig dossier. - Je neemt deel aan multidisciplinair overleg op de afdeling en draagt bij aan een vlotte communicatie en informatiedoorstroming naar alle betrokkenen. - Je biedt ondersteuning en assistentie aan de behandelende arts. - Je behoudt mee de aangename werksfeer zowel binnen als buiten jouw team. - Je werkt actief mee aan initiatieven rond preventie, klachtenbehandeling en ziekenhuishygiëne. - Indien nodig, spring je bij op andere (oncologische) afdelingen.

Opmerking: Locatie en uurregeling kunnen wijzigen in functie van de dienstnoodwendigheden.

- Je beschikt over een bachelor verpleegkunde of graduaat verpleegkundige (mits je het eerste jaar van de brugopleiding hebt afgerond en de opleiding verderzet om je diploma te behalen). Ervaring in oncologie is een pluspunt. - Je behaalde een bijzondere beroepstitel oncologie of post-graduaatsopleiding oncologie (of bent bereid deze te behalen). - Je bent vlot in verpleegtechnische handelingen. - Je observeert en bekijkt de situatie vanuit een klinische blik. - Je hecht veel belang aan de belevingswereld van de patiënten. - Je bent een zelfstandige teamspeler, bent stressbestendig en klantgericht in welke situatie dan ook
