Als verpleegkundige op het oncologisch dagziekenhuis ben jij een ankerpunt voor patiënten in een kwetsbare periode. Je prikt aan, neemt anamneses af en dient antitumorale therapieën, transfusies en andere intraveneuze medicatie toe met de grootste zorg en nauwkeurigheid. Maar even belangrijk: je biedt rust, nabijheid en oprechte aandacht. Je bent er voor patiënten én hun naasten, met een luisterend oor, een geruststellend woord en de emotionele ondersteuning die hen door hun behandeling heen draagt.

WAT?

  • Contract onbepaalde duur
  • ZAS Augustinus (2610, Antwerpen)
  • 38 uur/week (100%), overig regime is bespreekbaar.
  • Je werkt in daguren, je werkt niet in het weekend en niet op feestdagen.

OVER DE JOB

  • Zorg met impact – Je staat in voor het verlenen van individuele, totale en planmatige zorg aan oncologische patiënten, met aandacht voor zowel lichamelijke als psychosociale noden.
  • Kwaliteit in elke handeling – Je voert verpleegkundige handelingen uit volgens de geldende richtlijnen en waarborgt continuïteit in de zorgverlening, ook op administratief vlak.
  • Verantwoord en professioneel – Opdrachten van de arts neem je nauwgezet op, met zorg en binnen het wettelijk kader.
  • Ruimte voor groei – Je krijgt de kans om je verder te specialiseren in oncologische zorg via interne en externe opleidingen.
  • Samen sterk – Je werkt in een warm en professioneel team waar samenwerking, ondersteuning en patiëntgericht werken centraal staan.

OVER JOU

  • Diploma op zak – Je beschikt over een bachelor in de verpleegkunde én een geldig visum van FOD Volksgezondheid.
  • Expertise in oncologie – Je beschikt over een beroepstitel in de oncologie of bent bereid een postgraduaat oncologie te volgen.
  • Je staat stevig in je schoenen – Je bent empathisch, stressbestendig en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Zelfstandig én een teamspeler – Je functioneert vlot in een multidisciplinair team en neemt je verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Sterk in communicatie – Je communiceert helder en respectvol met patiënten, hun familie en collega’s.
  • Leergierig & betrokken – Je wil blijven groeien en verdiepen in de oncologische zorg.
