Het Oosterveld AO Op onze intensieve zorg locatie Oosterveld AO in Arnhem wonen mensen die afhankelijk zijn van specialistische zorg. Beademing speelt hierin vaak een grote rol, van nachtelijke ondersteuning tot 24/7 invasieve beademing. Maar intensieve zorg gaat verder dan dat. Naast beademingszorg voer je ook verpleegtechnische handelingen uit zoals katheterzorg, stomazorg en wondzorg. Je reageert adequaat op kritische alarmsignalen, rapporteert binnen het team en hebt voortdurend scherp zicht op de situatie van jouw cliënten. Wat ons werk uniek maakt? De combinatie van hoogtechnologische zorg in een langdurige zorgsetting. Geen vluchtige contacten, maar een diepe en duurzame band met de mensen voor wie jij zorgt. Jij bent hun veilige haven, ook als er familie op bezoek is. Ze waarderen jouw nabijheid, vakmanschap én de relatie die je opbouwt. We zijn op zoek naar verplegend of verzorgend opgeleid personeel die zich wil specialiseren in ademhalingszorg en ontwikkelingen op verpleegkundig gebied voor de intensieve zorg en cliënten met Niet-Aangeboren Hersenletsel.
