Jouw dag als operatieverpleegkundige

Jouw dag begint in het hart van het ziekenhuis. Je bereidt de ingreep voor, staat paraat in het operatiekwartier en werkt nauw samen met artsen en collega’s. Samen zorgen jullie voor precisie, vertrouwen en kwaliteit van zorg met aandacht voor de patiënt — elke dag opnieuw. Hier krijg je de ruimte om te werken in een dynamische omgeving waar kwaliteitsvolle zorg centraal staat, ondersteund door toptechnologie en een hecht team.

Ruimte om te handelen

Als verpleegkundige op OK

  • werk je als instrumentist en als omloopverpleegkundige binnen verschillende disciplines;
  • ben je inzetbaar in het grote OK, het dag-OK en bij ingrepen zonder narcose;
  • krijg je een persoonlijk inscholingsplan om alle nodige kennis en vaardigheden aan te leren voor de betrokken disciplines;
  • word je na je inwerkperiode ingeschakeld in het wachtsysteem;
  • werk je nauw samen met collega’s en artsen om hoogwaardige zorg te bieden.

Ruimte voor jouw talent

We zoeken een collega die klaar is om bij te dragen aan kwaliteitszorg en zichzelf wil blijven ontwikkelen. Bovendien

  • heb je een diploma en visum verpleegkunde;
  • bezit je bij voorkeur een getuigschrift radioprotectie of ben je bereid dit te behalen;
  • weet je in een stressvolle situatie steeds de juiste prioriteiten te stellen;
  • heb je een professionele attitude waarbij je op een correcte en zorgzame manier omgaat met de verwachtingen van patiënten en collega’s;
  • ben je bereid om interne en externe opleidingen te volgen.
